Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic Graduate Engineers to join our busy multidisciplinary practice.
With offices in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin and Balbriggan, Co Dublin, we are a leading indigenous Civil, Structural and Transportation consultancy. We currently have a wide range of prestigious and interesting projects which offer graduates excellent exposure to develop their engineering and interpersonal skills.

Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates undertake a wide variety of projects across many sectors including: roads, bridges, traffic and transportation (including sustainable transport), housing, education, healthcare, data centres, and industrial and commercial developments. Current high profile sustainable transport projects include the Dodder Greenway project in South Dublin, which provides 6km of greenway along the River Dodder including four new bridges. Bus Connects Feasibility Study, which is part of the redesign of the bus network in Dublin City. The development of cycling infrastructure between Sandyford and O’Connell Bridge in the city centre via Clonskeagh and Ranelagh Village.

We carried out the optioneering that led to the proposals for a plaza at College Green in the heart of Dublin city, and as part of the European Horizon 2020 FLOW Project we modelled the centre of Dublin City, including College Green, and part of the Grand Canal Cycle Route using VISSIM traffic modelling software. We were the Project Managers for the Apple Market and Viking Triangle Public Realm Improvements in Waterford City.

Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates are an Engineers Ireland Accredited CPD Employer. We offer a friendly and supportive environment for new graduates and through our mentoring scheme we provide guidance to new entrants to the industry. We have openings for both civil and structural engineers, and offer graduates the opportunity to work in a number of business areas in their early years.
