This was one of a number of 400 seater Churches built by the Arch Diocese of Dublin to cater for a new population in which was then a newly developed outlying area of Dublin with little Institutional facilities.
The building replaced a temporary structure which then became the new parish hall.
CSEA provided Civil & Structural Engineering Services on this project. The new building is a steel framed pyramidal structure featuring a combined central roof light and spire. A traditional tiled roof was used with rendered blockwork forming the perimeter walls.
Site development works featured a sheltered garden space and extensive carparking.
