The key engineering features of this project included a 1.5 acre landscaped feature lake incorporating the Pinkeen Stream, a 750ø interceptor sewer, construction of arterial water main network, development of a High Voltage power network and reconstruction of 1.2km of Blanchardstown Road North.
The development is finished to an extremely high standard with extensive landscaping designed by our sub consultant Murray Associates. The development was awarded an Irish Landscape Institute Award in 2004.
Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates (CSEA) were subsequently engaged by IDA in 2004 to carry out an environmental due diligence audit of the site in order to determine the feasibility of locating a Bio-Pharma / ICT Industry on the site.
